Using this site

By requesting a quote or browsing acenodesign.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our privacy policy explains how we handle the information you send, and applies to these terms.

Quotes and estimates

Quote requests and estimates are free and come with no obligation to buy. An estimate is a good-faith ballpark based on the information you give us — the size of the space, the material and edge you choose, and any removal, plumbing, or electrical work involved. It is not a binding contract, a guaranteed price, or a promise of availability.

Final pricing is confirmed after we measure your space and review the actual slab. Slabs vary, and material prices change with supplier availability, so an estimate can move before a contract is signed. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless we tell you otherwise in writing.

Contracts, deposits, and scheduling

No work is scheduled or started until you have signed a written agreement and paid any deposit stated in it. That agreement — not this page — is what governs your project, including scope, price, deposit, timeline, and any warranties. Where the two disagree, your signed agreement controls.

Project timelines depend on fabrication capacity, material delivery, and access to your home. We give a target date and keep you updated, but we can't promise exact dates for things outside our control, such as supplier delays or work by other trades.

Photos, plans, and files you send

You keep ownership of the photos, plans, and other files you send us. You grant us permission to store and use them to prepare your estimate, communicate with you, and complete your project. Please only send files you have the right to share, and don't include anything confidential about a third party.

We won't publish your photos or use them in advertising without your written permission.

Materials and samples

Granite, marble, and other natural stone vary in color, pattern, and veining from slab to slab, and quartz batches can differ slightly too. A sample shows the general character of a material, not the exact appearance of the slab that ends up in your home. We encourage you to view the actual slab at our Bettendorf showroom before your material is cut.

Product names, brands, and supplier information on this site are for identification, and availability varies. Seams, edges, cutouts, and installation details are discussed and documented per project.

Site content and ad tracking

We aim for accurate information and correct errors when we find them, but we make no warranty about the content on this site. We may use advertising measurement tools, including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, to understand how our ads perform — described in the privacy policy.

Links to other websites are for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content, products, or policies.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page as our services change. The date at the top shows the most recent revision, and the version in effect is the one posted when you submit a request.

Where these terms apply

These terms are governed by Iowa law, and any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Scott County, Iowa. Nothing here limits rights that can't be limited by contract.
