Quote requests

When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, optional email, project details, and any photos or plans you upload. We use this only to respond to your request. It is stored securely and shared with our team and our marketing partner, OXN Marketing, who helps manage our leads.

Advertising measurement (Meta)

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to quote requests, and to help Meta show our ads to people likely to be interested. When you visit the site or submit a quote request, Meta (Meta Platforms, Inc.) may receive your IP address, browser information, the page you were on, Meta cookie identifiers, and the fact that a quote was requested. We do not send your name, email, phone number, or project details to Meta.

This tracking is turned off for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

Your choices

You can opt out of ad tracking by blocking third-party cookies in your browser, using your browser's "Do Not Track" or privacy settings, or adjusting your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
